Police are looking for a suspect after a man broke into a Windsor home and stole the homeowner's vehicle.
The Windsor Police Service says on Saturday around 4:10am, a resident in the 2200-block of Curry Ave. was woken up when the man broke into her home. The intruder was startled by the homeowner and ran into the garage where he stole a 2006 Mazda 5 minivan with plate number BNMH137.
The suspect is described as having a thin build and he was last seen wearing a grey hoodie.
Police say other vehicles in the 2200-2300 blocks of McKay Ave., Curry Ave., Everts Ave., and Mark Ave. were also broken into and had property stolen overnight.
