A 21% jump in property sales for June compared to a year ago.
The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports 598 properties were sold in June compared to 492 sold in June 2014. However, the average sale price dropped slightly to $198,801 compared to $203,801 last June.
The most popular home sold was the bungalow/ranch style while the raised ranch/bilevel style was the next most popular and the one-and-a-half-storey home style rounded the top three.
