The Tea Party Creating Nostalgic Experience

Windsor-based rock group The Tea Party are excited to play the Walkerville Theatre and for the re-release of the 1995 album, The Edges of Twilight.

"That's the ultimate kind of venue to see The Tea Party because we can control the sound, the focus is on the stage, and the stage is big enough to accommodate all of those instruments that we're going to bring out once again," says singer Jeff Martin.

The band used the citar for the first time on The Edges of Twilight, and it's that middle-eastern sound which helped set The Tea Party apart from other rock acts around the world.

Tickets are already on sale for the show on September 4. That's the same day the record is set to hit store shelves.

Martin says he's hopeful that a second show will be added in Windsor once the first one sells out.
