A Windsor fire investigator is on the scene of a commercial blaze in the 1300-block of Crawford Ave.
Officials say N&G Autobody was safely evacuated just after 11am, and the flames were extinguished with an hour.
Damage is pegged at $120,000, with another $5,000 in damage to a neighbouring building.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
