Get Loud For Mental Health

Windsor's Ride Don't Hide fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association is back.

The bicycle ride takes place in cities all across the country on June 21, with a goal of raising awareness for mental health issues while reaching $1-million for the CMHA.

Courtney Quinn-Lafond suffers from depression and has become an advocate for speaking up about mental health. "The support system that I have behind me is truly incredible. People need to embrace that support system and know that it's there so that they don't have to suffer alone. They need to get loud for mental health and the mental health struggles."
