Three people have been sent to hospital after a four-vehicle crash on the Eastbound EC Row Exwy. between Walker Rd. and Central Ave.
Windsor police say the road had been closed at Walker Rd., while cars were being removed from the scene.
Police say the people sent to hospital are being treated with minor injuries.
The crash happened just after 4pm, and officers expected the EC Row to re-open before 5pm.
