There's been another delay in the bail process for the 26-year-old man charged in the death of Carol Shaw of Windsor.
Richard Scott Raymond appeared in a Windsor court via video this morning.
He was charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault after police officers found the body of Shaw in her Bruce Ave. apartment in February. His bail hearing has already been delayed twice while his lawyer waited for disclosure in the case.
His lawyer, Dan Scott, no longer represents him so he was remanded in custody until Tuesday, May 5 to confirm counsel.
