A new office will help youth and people looking for housing, thanks to a partnership between Access and Habitat for Humanity.
Access has long been offering affordable housing services in Leamington, but now will have its own storefront location.
Habitat For Humanity Executive Director Mike Van der Vlist says the organization is returning after starting in the town 24 years ago. "The idea is to be permanently here. We believe from the support that we've already been demonstrated by the towns of Cottam, Kingsville and Leamington, that there will be support here."
Habitat for Humanity also plans to open a ReStore location in the next year, and build its first home in September 2016.
The office will also serve as a drop-in centre for youth.
