A Lakeshore man is facing several charges following a traffic stop in Leamington.
The Essex County OPP says on Friday around 1am, officers stopped a black Dodge pick-up for speeding on Hwy. 77.
The 30-year-old driver has since been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, refusing to provide a breath sample, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
He has been released pending a January 15, 2015 court date.
