IPM Committee Bringing ‘Letterkenny’ To North HuronApril 20, 2017 10:41am
Nathan Dales and Dylan Playfair from the popular Crave TV show “Letterkenny” are coming to North Huron in June to help celebrate the International Plowing Match.
June 10 marks 100 Days Away from the 100th International Plowing Match and Rural Expo, being hosted near Walton in September.
The internet and TV stars of “Letterkenny” will take the stage at the North Huron Wescast Community Complex in Wingham on Saturday, June 10.
It’s an age-of-majority event, with doors opening at 8pm. The Letterkenny fellas will be taking the stage at 9pm.
Tickets go on sale Monday, April 24 with ticket prices set at $20 plus HST in advance, and $25 plus HST at the door. Only 950 tickets are available.

“Letterkenny” won the award for Best Comedy Series at the Canadian Screen Awards last month. It’s creator is Jared Kesso of Listowel.
“We are happy to bring a big act, a well known TV show that was created by our neighbours in Perth County”, says Mallory Kernighan, IPM 2017 executive member. “We are hosting a big milestone in IPM history and that beckons big entertainment.”
