Trio Of Sting At National Under-17 Development Camp

Three Sarnia Sting prospects are in Calgary this week for Hockey Canada's Under-17 Development Camp.

Goalie Ethan Langevin, defensemen Alexandre Hogue and first round pick Jamieson Rees are among the 111 skaters at this week's camp.

Hogue and Rees have both signed Standard Player Agreements with the team. This week, they will be competing for a chance to play on one of three Canadian teams at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in British Columbia in November. Langevin is one of 12 goaltenders at camp who have been drafted to a CHL club, he has yet to sign with the Sting.

Langevin, Houge and Rees are the latest Sting to be invited to Hockey Canada development camps this summer.

Grayson Ladd, from Kent Bridge, has also been invited to camp. He's a first round draft pick of the OHL's Kitchener Rangers.
