Derek Drouin is in Diamond League action Thursday afternoon.
The Corunna native is one of two Canadians competing in the high jump event is Oslo, Norway, which gets underway just after 2pm.
Drouin is looking to bounce back from his most recent performance in Shanghai where he failed to clear 2.20 m, his personal best is 2.40 m.
He wont have to dig too deep in the memory banks to recall a recent accomplishment, he topped the field at the Drake Relays in April with a jump of 2.30 m.
