The two top teams highlight the Wednesday schedule in Senior Boys Hockey. Northern travels to Petrolia for a meeting with LCCVI at the the Greenwood Recreation Centre, puck drops at 2pm. North Lambton and St Pat's face off at Clearwater Arena for a 3pm puck drop. LCCVI and North Lambton are tied for first in the North Division standings with identical 5-1 records. The two teams have split their season series so far with each team picking up a win in a pair of meetings.
It has been a tough start to the season for Northern, they are winless in six games. Great Lakes is 2-5, with both victories coming against the last place Vikings. In other high school action Wednesday. Great Lakes and Northern meet up in Junior and Senior Boys Basketball. The Vikings' are 7-0 on the senior side while Great Lakes is 2-4. On the junior side, The Vikings' are 4-3 while the Wold Pack have posted a 2-4 record.
