It's time to pick up any trash littering your neighbourhood and spruce up your gardens.
Judges from Communities in Bloom will be in Sarnia Wednesday, August 1 according to spokesperson Anne Marie Gillis.
"We are back in competition after two years of taking some time off," says Gillis. "We've been part of the organization but haven't been judged because we are international champions. There's only one place for us to go and that's the Circle Of Champions and that's what we're in this year."
Sarnia will be competing against Edmonton, Coquitlam, B.C. and Wood Buffalo, Alberta.
"We want to show them Centennial Park because the judges have been following this since 2013 when we closed the Park for remediation, as well as signage and other projects we've been working on the past two years," says Gillis.
