Former Sarnia Saints' player Julia Greenshields of Sarnia is a member of Canada's National Rugby Sevens team.
At the Rugby Sevens World Cup in San Francisco Canada was defeated in Friday's quarterfinal on the final play 24-19 by France.
In the fifth place match Saturday Canada lost to Spain 26-14 then beat Russia 22-10 to claim seventh spot in the tournament.
