Lambton Public Health is trying to get in touch with the owner of a dog after a person was bitten on Monday, April 23.
The health unit says the incident happened between 11am and 11:45am in the area of Michigan Ave. and Echo Rd.
A middle-aged man was walking with two dogs when one of the pets which looked like a German Shepherd, bit a teen's arm.
The teenager did not receive contact information from the man.
If the dog isn't located, the victim will require post-exposure rabies shots.
