There is clarification about a planned closure of a portion of Hwy. 402 in Sarnia this Thursday.
The eastbound lanes will be closed at the Indian Rd. off-ramp for just one hour in the early morning between 1am and 2am.
Bluewater Power says the short closure is needed for conductor replacement across the highway at the Murphy Rd. overpass.
Signs that were put up at the Indian Rd. intersection initially said the closure would be from 1am to 2pm but that was a mistake and the signs now read 1am until 2am.
The initial notice also said rolling stops were possible on the westbound 402 as directed by the OPP.
