Goodwill Industries says no jobs will be lost when its leased Clearance and Attended Donation Centre shuts down.
The building, attached to Crabby Joe's at the London Rd. Shopping Centre, is closing for good on March 29.
Current employees will be moved to either Goodwill's Wellington St. or Michigan Ave. location.
Spokesperson Heather Allen says the moves are being made amid ongoing redevelopment of the property.
"We've been looking at probably re-locating, especially the Attended Donation Centre site," says Allen. "This really gives us the chance to further explore those opportunities."
Allen says services at the adjacent Goodwill Careers Centre will continue as normal.
Conceptual drawings of the site, released by Lucror Property Investments in 2016, show Crabby Joe's as a stand-alone building with a patio and additional parking.
The developers were also hoping to attract another restaurant and financial institution to the property.
