After undergoing significant repairs, the giant arch display will be back again this year at Sarnia's Celebration of Lights.
Board Member Cathie Blake says it was kept in storage for the past two seasons before being sandblasted, freshly painted and given new lighting by volunteers.
Front St. between Nelson and London Rd. will be closed Friday, November 17 from 8am until 4pm while the arch is put in place.
Blake says they've had tremendous community support after nearly being forced to go on hiatus last year due to lack of funds.
Some of the displays recently placed at the park with the help of volunteers from Alexander MacKenzie High School have been vandalized.
Blake says a community set up is still planned for the morning of Saturday, November 18, although she expects a lot of the time will be spent fixing the displays. Those interested in helping with set up Saturday are asked to meet at the Suncor Agora in Centennial Park at 9am.

Opening ceremonies for this year's Celebration of Lights are set for Saturday, November 25 at 4pm.
The displays, which feature over 600,000 lights will be on every night starting January 1. They'll be taken down by volunteers on January 13.
