PJHL Announces Roster For Prospects Game

The Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) has announced the rosters for the league's Top Prospects game October 21 in New Hamburg.

The game will feature the top 16 and 17 year old's from the PJHL's eight divisions across the province.

Mooretown Flags are represented by Josh Vale and Logan Gardner. Vale has three goals and 11 points in ten games for the Flags, while Corunna's Gardner has chipped in with three goals and seven points as a 16-year-old.

Three players from the Petrolia Flyers are going, Clay Dolbear, Cole MacKinnon and Sting prospect Jakob Knowles. Dolbear, who's from Alvinston, has a goal and three points in eight games, and Knowles has been solid in his four appearances this season. Tupperville's Cole MacKinnon has a goal and three points in eight games as a 16-year-old.

Defenceman Bailey Smith and forward Jake Vancoille of the Wallaceburg Lakers are also on the roster. Smith has an assists though his first nine games, Vancoille has a goal and three assists.

The Stobbs Division prospects will play the Yeck Division prospects at 10:30am at the Wilmot Recreation Complex.
