A preliminary hearing is underway for the man charged in connection with the murder of 26-year-old Jonathan Pike.
The hearing will determine if there is enough evidence against 31-year-old Lee Dion of Sarnia to proceed to trial.
In August, murder charges again 46-year-old Warren Williams were dropped.
Dion and Williams were arrested in June 2016 and charged with murder in the death of Pike.
Jonathan Pike's body was found in a wooded area west of Tashmoo Ave. in southend Sarnia on March 25, 2016.
