A new contract agreement has been reached with staff at Marshall Gowland Manor.
Lambton County Council ratified the three year deal, retroactive to April 1 of this year, during its regular meeting in Wyoming Wednesday morning.
The 148 full-time, part-time and casual members of Unifor 302 will receive a wage hike of 1.5% each year, plus an additional wage increase of 0.5% half way through each year of the agreement.
