A 34-year-old Sarnia man has been arrested after allegedly committing an indecent act at the Rock Glen Conservation Area Wednesday evening.
Lambton OPP say between 5pm and 5:30pm a man wearing a kilt and cowboy hat was observed exposing himself in the waterfall and parking lot areas.
After being confronted by a concerned citizen, the man allegedly left the area but was apprehended a short time later.
He has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place, failing to comply with conditions, and failing to comply with a probation order.
He had a bail hearing Thursday.
