Bluewater Power spent several hours replacing a hydro pole following a single vehicle collision on St. Clair St. in Pt. Edward Saturday morning.
The utility's CEO Janice McMichael-Dennis says the force of impact from the crash took the pole out of the ground.
It's not known if anyone was injured.
Lambton OPP is investigating.
