Sting Well Represented In OHL Coaches Poll

The OHL has announced the results of the annual coaches poll, and the Sarnia Sting are well represented.

The poll provides coaches with the chance to recognize the top three players in 20 different skill categories within their own conference.

Jordan Kyrou has been voted best shootout shooter in the Western Conference, as well as second best stickhandler, and tied for the second best skater.

Drake Rymsha tied for second best at faceoffs, and Kevin Spinozzi was voted third best body checker.

Former Sting, and current Peterborough Pete Nikita Korostelev was voted top shootout shooter in the East.

The Sting play their final regular season game Friday night in Guelph on CHOK. They secured the final playoff seed in the OHL's Western Conference with a 4-2 over the Windsor Spitfires on Wednesday.
