Lambton OPP say a 32-year-old Warwick Township man was killed when struck by a train early Friday morning in Watford.
Police say they responded, along with Warwick Township firefighters and EMS, just after midnight to the area of Nauvoo Rd. just south of Front St.
The investigation determined the man was walking on the tracks when he was hit by a westbound freight train. No foul play is suspected.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators were on scene for about five hours.
Police have not released the man's name.
