A first-of-its-kind review of the Sarnia, Bright's Grove and Lambton Mall libraries is underway. City of Sarnia Property Manager Vince Wijsman says they're splitting the cost with Lambton County. "A lot of our facilities are aging so we would like to know what we need to provide to the public," says Wijsman. "The consultant will compile a report including public input and provide it to council for discussion at an open meeting." The city has retained Lighthouse Consulting Inc. and LGA Architectural to conduct the study of the three branches. Residents are encouraged to take a ten-minute online survey at www.lclibrary.ca until January 23.
