Sarnia police will not be laying any charges in connection with a rally staged in support of Mayor Mike Bradley at city hall in October.
An assault allegation made by a member of the crowd was investigated but police say they found no grounds to lay charges.
The rally became unruly when councillor Cindy Scholten walked into the pro-Bradley crowd carrying an anti-bullying sign.
A large crowd had gathered to protest sanctions against the mayor after he was found to have bullied and harassed four senior staff members, including the current city manager.
