The home furnishings retailer plans to relocate, by 2018, to a new, larger 38,000 sq ft store, similar to its newest facility in Kitchener that opened earlier this month.
A Bargain Annex is included.
Rob Dawson of Lucror Property acquired the Zellers Plaza property earlier this year and announced five-year multi-million dollar development plans.
A new Giant Tiger opened last year in part of the renovated former Zellers building.
