Improved Travel Sunday But Ditched Vehicles Being Removed

Travel is easier Sunday with the snow squall warning for east and north Lambton County being cancelled overnight.

The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario reported Sunday morning that Hwy. 402 from Sarnia to Nauvoo Rd. was bare and dry with partly snow covered sections, and was bare and wet with partly snow covered and snow packed sections from Nauvoo Rd. to London.

West Region OPP advised motorists Sunday that there will be intermittent lane closures through the day between Strathroy and Delaware for the removal of ditched vehicles.

Hwy. 21 north to Grand Bend was bare and wet with partly snow covered, snow covered and snow packed sections and Hwy. 40 was bare and dry with partly snow covered sections.
