Sarnia police have identified a suspect wanted in the defrauding of a local store.
Police say a man entered a business in the 1300-block of Exmouth St. just after 6pm January 28. He applied for a store credit card using an Ontario driver’s licence belonging to another man.
Police say thousands of dollars worth of electronics were purchased with the card.
An arrest warrant has now been issued for 29-year-old Jason Adam Waligora.
He's wanted on charges of identity theft, personation with intent, theft over $5,000, making, using, and dealing a forged document, fraud over $5,000, and three counts of breach of probation.
