A 26-year-old Sarnia man faces numerous charges including trafficking in crystal methamphetamine following an arrest and the seizure of a backpack Thursday.
The Sarnia police vice unit arrested a man returning to a residence on his bike.
Police say they seized 38.2 g of crystal methamphetamine, a quantity of cash and drug paraphernalia, a replica firearm and a flick knife. Police also executed a search warrant at the residence where a stolen passport was recovered.
An unidentified 26-year-old man has been arrested and remains in custody pending a bail hearing. He faces numerous charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a prohibited weapon and stolen property and breach of recognizance.
