SCITS Chain Of Caring Food Drive (Gallery)

The Inn of the Good Shepherd is thanking SCITS students for another successful Chain of Caring event.

On Thursday, students formed a human chain to physically pass along non-perishable food items from their school on Wellington St. to the Inn on John St.

Executive Director Myles Vanni says the event, in its second year, donated 2,696 lbs of food items, compared to last year's volume of 2,440 lbs.

The donations help boost their Thanksgiving food drive.
