Funds Available for Projects Benefiting Great Lakes

The Ontario government is now accepting applications under the Great Lakes Guardian Community Fund.

The fund provides grants of up to $25,000 for non-profit organizations and groups for projects that will have a direct environmental benefit to the Great Lakes.

In an interview with Blackburn News, Environment Minister Glen Murray says money has been put to good use in the past.
