Lambton County is looking for buyers for the now-closed Coronation Park Day Nursery at 1014 Oak Ave. in Sarnia.
It's been appraised at $1.15-million.
The County says preference will be given to those who will continue to use the building for the Early Years Program.
Proposals for the sale or lease of the property are due on September 16.
