Sarnia-Lambton's real estate market is heating up with the weather.
Figures for March were the best ever for that month.
Board Vice President Steve Park says 172 properties sold with a dollar volume of over $36-million, up 31% over March last year.
He says listings are also up but buyers continue to be patient.

The average sale price in March was just over $222,000, with the majority of homes selling in the $100,000 to $200,000 range.
