For the third straight year Bluewater Power saw minimal change in energy use during Earth Hour this past Saturday night. President and CEO Janice McMichael Dennis says there's been little impact over the last few years. She says customers are becoming more energy aware throughout the year now.

Sarnia's first year of Earth Hour participation in 2008, saw a 3.5 per cent reduction in power.
