The Inn of the Good Shepherd's fourth annual CANstruction event is this Saturday at Lambton Mall.
Operations Manager Adelle Richards says the event continues to get grow every year with 18 teams now participating.
Teams are tasked to build a structure using the non-perishable food items they collected.
Richards says you can have your say in choosing the People's Choice award winner.
There will be several other awards including a new category this year with a St. Paddy's theme, which will award the team with the most green coloured cans.
Of the over 200 CANstruction builds internationally, the Sarnia event finished second in Canada and third worldwide in food received and money raised last year.
The build takes place Saturday from 9am-5pm throughout the mall, with judging at 1pm on Sunday.
The Peoples Choice Award will be announced March 21.
