A Michigan man had his driver's license suspended after an incident early Saturday morning in Sarnia.
A city police officer spotted a motorist he had allegedly dealt with just an hour before, entering a bar parking lot on Murphy Rd. around 3am.
The officer had previously told the driver to take a taxi home because of his alcohol consumption.
The driver was arrested after the officer demanded a roadside breath sample and he refused several times.
The 23-year-old was initially held for a bail hearing, and released later the same day.
