UPDATE: Hot Start For Teams At Fast Pitch Championships

Two wins for the Belmore Sting on opening day at the U16 National Fast Pitch Championships in Coburg.

The Sting started with a 20-0 win over Manitoba and followed it up with a 10-3 win over Saskatchewan.

The Sting will play its next game on Thursday at noon versus Shallow Lake.

In Palmerston at the the U14 National Fast Pitch Championship, the host team won its first game 7-0 over Nova Scotia while Shallow Lake beat Saskatchewan Team 3 18-2.
