Menesetung CrossFit Raises Money for Huron Women's Shelter

Athletes from Menesetung CrossFit in Goderich raised more than $800 dollars for the Huron Women's Shelter.

Four teams of "community coaches" taught friends, neighbours and anyone else willing to donate how to do air squats.  It was a week-long challenge.

Executive director of Huron Women's Shelter Michele Hansen says the shelter "is grateful to the members of the Menesetung CrossFit for their efforts."

She says "the funds will be used to assist us in providing services director to women who have experienced abuse in their lives and to their children."
