A Clifford couple has won a million dollars in an Encore draw.
Candace Owens and Richard MacKenzie won $1-million with ENCORE on the August 10 LOTTO MAX draw. They matched all seven ENCORE numbers in exact order to win the $1-million prize.
The winning ticket was purchased at Cookstown Mart on Queen St. in Cookstown.
