UPDATE: Jury Sequestered As Deliberations Continue In Panovski Trial

The jury has been sequestered after a day of deliberations in the Boris Panovski murder trial.

Panovski, 73, is accused of the murder of a fellow hunting dog enthusiast, Don Frigo of Scarborough, and the attempted murder of his wife, Eva, at the Hullet Conservation Area near Clinton in September 2014.

On Thursday, Justice Joseph Donahue charged the jury to come to a verdict, a process that started at 10am and continued to 3:30pm.  The members of the jury then began deliberations but were sequestered around 9pm.

Deliberations are expected to continue at 10am on Friday.

Jury selection for the case started back on May 8 with the actual trial starting on May 14.
