A controlled drugs and substances search warrant uncovered $24,900 worth of cocaine, marijuana, and other cannabis products.
Police executed the raid on Thursday at a residence on Suncoast Dr. in Goderich.
Police also seized offence-related property like drug trafficking paraphernalia and cash, valued at $1,700.
Police have charged a 26-year-old Goderich man with trafficking and possession. He has been released from custody and will be in court March 19.
