A Stratford Marijuana production company has a been granted the official Federal License from Health Canada.
GreenSeal Cannabis Company will cultivate cannabis for medical purposes at a 38,000-sq.ft. production facility in Wright Business Park.
Initial production will start early next year.
The $5.5 million facility will create 20 to 30 full and part-time jobs in the short term, with continued growth and additional jobs expected later in 2018 and beyond.
It will be a secure facility with 24-hour surveillance and high environmental standards.
