Charges have been laid following two separate crashes on the same day in Owen Sound.
The Owen Sound Police Service says around 10:15am Thursday morning, two vehicles collided at 6th St. E and 3rd Ave. E. Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries and have since been released.
A 35-year-old Pickering man is charged with failing to yield.
A few hours later at 2:45pm, two vehicles collided on 10th St. E at 8th Ave. E. Both drivers were taken to Grey Bruce Health Services with minor injuries.
The eastbound lanes of 10th St. E were closed for around 45 minutes while the scene was cleared.
A 17-year-old Markdale area girl has been charged with failing to yield to traffic.
