A major renovation at the Wellington North municipal office in Kenilworth should be complete by the end of August.
In recent months the municipal office has been operating out of the Mount Forest Sports Complex while the renovations are underway.
The cost is about $250,000.
There is no expansion to the existing building but work includes reorganizing office space and adding an accessible washroom.
