Perth County OPP say there are a number of officers on the scene at a home in Monkton Thursday.
Constable Michael Melnychuk says the situation is part of an ongoing police investigation.
He says they are still working at the scene and cannot release further information yet.
He does say there is no danger to the public.
More details are expected to be released tomorrow.
