Provincial and federal governments are teaming up for a $1-million upgrade to Harriston's water system.
Officials from both the Canadian and Ontario governments made the announcement Monday.
According to officials, the project will see the complete re-construction of Elora Street, including replacing aging water pipes and stormwater sewers.
In a release, the Ontario government says the upgrades will reduce the risk of further breakage while helping to ensure a healthy and safe drinking water supply.
