The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority has cancelled a controlled burn, scheduled for Monday near Hanover.
They had planned to burn about two acres of prairie grass at the Allan Park Conservation Area.
But the Authority's Jo-Anne Harbinson says the forecast of wet weather has forced postponement.
The S-V-C-A hopes to proceed with the burn at some point over the next two weeks.
